Margie was a delight to work with and certainly knew her craft. She was always upbeat, perking me up when I was discouraged as we awaited a buyer. She worked well with the condo association to file the proper papers, She helped me move items around before the initial photo op day and was always polite and professional. She explained the market trend we were dealing with and the whole selling process fully. Margie helped with an early closing and surprised me with a lovely card and gift at that time.
